By Car

Driving from Bangkok is quite simple. Head southwest on Route 35 (Rama II Road) for 84 km to Huay Rong, and turn left onto Route 4 (towards Petchaburi, look for a sign that says ภาคใต้ Southern ). Continue on Route 4 (Phetkasem Road) for 70 km, and after entering Cha-am municipality, turn left at the traffic light onto Narathip Road (which is just after the Shell petrol station located on the left, look for a sign pointing to Cha-am Beach). Proceed straight for 1.5 km to the end of Narathip Rd and turn left onto Soi Ruamjit Alley. Bann Pantai is located about 200 meters on the left of Ruamjit Alley.

By Bus

There are two south bound trains that leave Bangkok’s Hualamphong station everyday that stop at Cha Am, departing at 9.20 am and 3.35 pm, and arriving to Cha Am station at 1.30 pm and 7.42 pm, respectively. The train station in Cha Am is about 2 kilometres from the hotel so you can take a taxi down Narathip Road, through the intersection towards the beach, continue straight until you see the beachfront, then turn left onto Soi Ruamjit Alley. Bann Pantai is located about 200 meters on the left . There are also trains heading to Hua Hin, which is a half hour drive by taxi or minivan to Cha am.

By Train

An air-conditioned tour bus to Cha Am can be taken from the Southern Bus Terminal Station (Sai Tai) in Taling Chan, just outside of Bangkok. Buses depart Sai Tai bus station for Cha Am approximately every hour between 5am and 10pm and the journey normally takes between 3 and 4 hours, depending on traffic leaving from Bangkok. The bus stop in Cha Am is located just past the main of traffic lights at the intersection of Narathip Road and Phet Kasem Road (Route 4). Take a taxi from here to the Bann Pantai, go 1.5 kilometers to the end of Narathip Road (towards Cha-am Beach) and turn left onto Soi Ruamjit Alley. Bann Pantai is located about 200 meters on the left.
